While many clients have come to me to help them achieve goals and solve problems that might seem impersonal or all business, there is always a very human, personal component to our work. Mindset, emotions, and thought patterns directly influence our communications and approach to various situations.
My approach is comprehensive and centers around creating a strong foundation that provides you with structures and tools to analyze situations, create powerful content, and develop true confidence, not just “fake it ‘till you make it.” (This doesn’t mean you will never lack confidence again, but you’ll have the tools to increase it and move beyond fear.)

I got hooked when I was 18.
My fascination with the field of communication began when I took my first classes in communication during my freshman year in college. After that, I was hooked.
When I got deeper into my studies of public relations, I loved the blend of psychology, strategy, and business that it encompassed.
Being able to help clients not only create and clarify their messaging and strategies to achieve their goals but also remove the obstacles that are preventing them from showing up at their best is what drives and fulfills me.
What happened organically is that as I worked with clients to solve their public relations problems and help them achieve their business objectives, they came to me for help with other communication challenges and initiatives. That led me to expand and eventually shift my concentration away from publicity and toward media and presentation training, public speaking coaching, executive communication coaching, and communication consulting.
